Michael Oborn has spent nearly twenty years as the operator raising capital, not just the one approving it. As Director of Real Estate Investments & Developments at LSK Enterprises, he directs acquisition, entitlement, financing, and disposition across a nationwide portfolio built through Soar Development Group and more than twenty project-specific LLCs.

For nearly a decade prior, he trained 400–500 high-net-worth investors a year as a national consultant and educator with FortuneBuilders, teaching wholesaling, rehab project management, and private capital raising on stages across the country. Along the way he's structured joint ventures, underwritten hundreds of transactions, and run the P&L on businesses of his own.
